Loli's, Vanilla, and Being Yourself!

Yo everyone! 

Hope it's going well! So today I am a bit sick. I have a headache, a fever, and a stomach ache. I blame Aggroe (Even though I wasn't home to catch it and I spent all week with my sick family). I still blame her~
Thus I didn't do much but nap and eat today. Sorry! I don't have anything special planned to talk about today, though I was talking with Aggroe earlier and remembered that while I was looking in the mirror today I was determining the kind of person I want to be~
So I think today I'll post a few things that help me become the geeky, feminine person I want to be and hopefully give some helpful tips on being yourself~!

Day 24- Maid

My maid would have to be little Italy from Hetalia!
He's such a cutie pop and I adore how he looks as a maid~ Is that creepy?

Day 25- Loli

Hani from Ouran High School Host Club or as I like to call him "Honey". Or I would choose Nagisa from Free! Iwatobi Swim Club! BECAUSE CUTE LITTLE BOYS OH MY GOSH <3 I have a soft spot for adorable anime guys~ Or even Ciel from Black Butler because they are all SO GOSH DARN CUTE. (I can go on and on if I get to thinking but I'll leave it at this for now~).
 Also I don't care if you say they are not lolis~ They are adorable little boys and that's good enough for me! :D

Just to be sure let's add little Gilbert for good measure :D

Today I was talking to Aggroe about the kind of person I want to be. I'm going to post a few of my own personal goals and then post a few questions and tips for you guys!

1. I want to be a very feminine lady~

I want to be viewed as put together, classy, intelligent, and preppy. Now doing all this and being geeky don't really go hand in hand. Though in my mind it really does!
Take Kaga-san for example! She looks very cute and preppy and pretty and she is very feminine~ I would like to put off the looks and attitude of Kaga! I want to read manga and books, watch anime, cosplay and still look like a high class lady~
 I can be elegant, classy, and geeky all at the same time!

2. I want to feel accomplished!

I want to stick to my cosplay plans, blog every day, and catch up on all the half finished anime I watched. I would love to feel proud of all the things I accomplish!
I've accomplished the blogging every day and I'm sticking to it because I LOVE IT! Now let's get working on those cosplays!

3. I want to be intelligent~

I have poor grammar, I can't write well, and I have a lot of spelling errors. So hopefully I will get better as I blog more with Aggroe! I want to view myself as an intelligent person. I'm currently learning French because I love the language~ I'll see if I can get someone to teach me Elvish ;)

Now the meaning of this silly little quiz is to think of who you are and what it is in life that you want. Of course you're going to pick the answers you want to each questions. When I take quizzes I like to pick the answers to the questions so that I'll get the answer I want instead of answering the questions truthfully. Take a moment to look back at the ones you picked and the ones that you are most like. Really think about the difference between who you are and who you want to be.

Also, Aggroe and I noticed a lot of people like our more personal/inspiring posts so we will try and do more of them more often! Which wont be hard considering we are teenagers living on our own and joining the adult world.

Challenges and Toradora!

Yo!
So today I'm just going to start off with the days I missed of the challenge (I am so bad at this challenge thing >.>)

Day 4: Best Guy Friend

For my best friend I would pick Makoto from Free! Iwatobi Swim Club!

Makoto is understanding, gentle, kind, and loves cats. Who wouldn't want a best friend that loves cats!? He is very patient and might even teach me how to swim! (Yes I admit I can't swim >.>) 

Day 5: Best Girl Friend

The anime character I would pick to be my best friend would be Menma from Anohana.

I would choose Menma because she would always be by my side. She's super adorable and just loves being with all of her friends, especially when they are together. The only downside is that as much as I'd love to keep her by my side, eventually she's going to have to disappear ;_;

Day 6: Boyfriend

For a boyfriend, I would pick Ryuuji from Toradora!

I would pick Ryuuji because he would always be there for me! He'd take care of me and cook for me and wake me up every morning. I just recently watched this anime and he has to be one of my favorite anime guys ever! He's sweet and when he gets embarrassed he plays with his hair. Yup! Definitely Ryuuji!

I've recently finished this amazing anime a friend showed me! It's called Toradora! For anyone who is into romantic comedies this is AMAZING! I love the main character! Her name is Taiga and she is a total Tsundere! (I love tsunderes!)
The entire anime she is accompanied by Ryuuji, a mean looking guy who's actually really nice! He takes care of Taiga, supposedly because he is "her dog", but is that the only reason? ;)
The ending totally caught me of guard and I wasn't expecting it at all! Now I'm not a big fan of Slice-Of-Life anime, but this one I got hooked on quickly!
I recommend it for sure! I can't really share any of my favorite parts without spoiling anything! I loved and hated a lot of the characters and my feelings were overwhelmed the whole time! It is a bit of an older anime but it's always good to take a break from the ongoing ones and watch something older.
I also love the art. It's very cutsie! That's obviously not a technical term to describe an art style but it's the first word that came to mind. It looks softly drawn and doesn't have any of those sharp edges. I love it!
Watch Toradora!

This next weekend looks like I will be watching Clannad! It's been recommended to me many times and a friend is now pushing me to watch it! I'm excited! If you want to recommend an anime just send us a message here Aggroe and Anemone Facebook!

The Sexiest Convention!

Hello All!
Anemone here and ready to post! Had an epic time this last weekend at Newcon PDX! It was seriously the greatest adult anime convention ever. I brought Aggroe with me! Her first anime convention filled with tons of 18+ panels, Asian men in maid outfits, cosplay, and sexiness!!

I went to this convention as Fem!Makoto from Free! Iwatobi Swim Club. The new anime that came out this last summer. Since I was cosplaying in a swimsuit I joined the swimsuit contest! I performed a hoop dance to the song "What PS2" by Ken Ashcorp.

I will have a video of that posted as soon as our friend sends it to us to use on our blog! It was a ton of fun! Aggroe and I also went to the maid cafe! Unfortunately we showed up too late to get lap dances, but it was still pretty awesome!
We also went to a few other panels like the 18+ Who's Line that was FUNNY AS F*CK! We went to the Avengers panel and somehow escaped with a full bag of Avenger candy sticks. We ended the night with the rave!
Aggroe and I decided on a few goals for next years Newcon:
1. Newcon is our motivation to gain/lose weight for next year!
2. Join and WIN the Swimsuit competition! In fact Aggroe and I challenged each other for next year!
3. We need to get lap dances at the Maid Cafe
4. Gonna stay UP ALL NIGHT TO GET LUCKY!
