Fooly my Cooly! Wow Today's Post Is So Weird....

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

It's time for my anime babble! I asked you guys to recommend the craziest anime you can think of and I watch the first episode and give a 1 episode review! 

This weeks anime is: Fooly Cooly! 

Now I have actually seen bits and pieces from this anime before a long time ago. I'll be watching through the first episode completely and I might even finish it because it's only six episodes long.

So I'm really into this kind of art style and I'm loving the music!

There's a girl hitting on a boy which I didn't find weird until I realized he's half her size and probably half her age... Well then.

Five minutes in:

So he begins to say something about his brother that doesn't make any sense when all of the sudden another girl comes along and hits him with her motorcycle and thinks that she kills him... when really he's fine. After she finds out that he's fine she then hits him in the head with her guitar.

What.

Just?

What?

So before I even reached 10 minutes the boy grew a horn on his head, his classmates say that the girl is called "the wasp" and she "stung" him because he was perverted. Then she follows him to the hospital and well....
I think this next picture says it all....

And now we're discussing what "fooly cooly" means through crazy looking Japanese comics. Fooly cooly is pretty much sex which I already knew. (It isn't that hard to guess either). Also the biker chick is an alien.

So the biker chick is staying with them, her name is Haruhara. The girls name is Mamimi. I still haven't caught the little boys name quite yet. He ran away to see Mamimi and I'm fairly certain she is high. Or mental. Or both.

And suddenly...

Head boners

Two robots jumped out of his head boner and started fighting...

I have now seen everything.

The crazy biker chick Haruhara came and destroyed the robot with her guitar.

Wow.

There was so much in that one episode and I am mind blown. That was actually REALLY GREAT. I was so into it that I lost track of how far I was into it.

I don't catch onto names very quickly (obviously) but I remembered two of their names. 

It has a kind of "early high school late night" feel to it in my opinion. I don't know how I can describe this anime. I recommend watching it for yourself. There is so much to it that I just can not explain!

All in all I'd give it a 3 out of 5. It wasn't great but it kept me interested! Plus it was really kind of funny! I love this kind of art and their facial expressions were hilarious! Also the music fit really well and I really enjoyed it!

Challenges!

Day 24: Gun

My favorite video game gun is the machine gun from Left 4 Dead 2. I'm not a fan of guns and that's actually the only video game gun I can remember. Plus machine guns are bad ass.

Day 25: Enemies

My favorite video game enemies are the frills from Ty the Tasmanian Tiger. I think the horrible at being bad, totally dorky bad guys are the best. The never really accomplish anything. Their kind of like really, really stupid humans only they look better.

Day 26: Console

The Play Station 2! Isn't it obvious? The console that I grew up on will always be my favorite! If I made a video game though it would probably be for the PS4 because no one makes games for the older PS consoles anymore (which makes since because their a little dated).

Hentai of the Day! (18+)
I think I want to post some Hentai today! I mean what's better on fixing a bad week than some anime porn!? (well I'm sure a lot of things, but whatever)! Today I picked out Inran Kagura- Haruka's Scroll. I originally picked to read it because I like the outfit the girl was wearing on the cover (which probably isn't the best reason to pick something to read). Anyways, It actually wasn't half bad. It was pretty funny in some parts and the proportions sometimes were hilarious.

Anemone's Favorite Finds!

Since I don't really find "geeky" things every day I won't call it "Geeky Finds" but "Favorite Finds" instead so that I can share my favorite things that I find throughout the day!

Today I have to share one of my new favorite bands! A friend posted a song to one of my recent statuses on facebook called All Men Are Pigs by the Studio Killers. I fell in love with the song instantly!

The Cutest of Hentai, Pokemon, and Music! Just... Not All Together!

Yo!
Today was pretty uneventful for me. I pretty much stayed home playing Pokemon all day~ Which was actually pretty relaxing and awesome. 
First off, I am in love with the movie Great Gatsby! It's directed by the same people who directed my all time favorite movie Moulin Rouge. So out of bordem I found the Great Gatsby Soundtrack and can I just say that my heart died a tiny bit inside!
There is actually not a single song on the soundtrack that I do not love. I'd like to share a few of my favorites!
~ Young and Beautiful by Lana Del Rey
Now I'm actually not the biggest fan of her music (It's a bit too sad sounding for my taste) but I really love how sweet this song is. "Will you still love me when I'm no longer young and beautiful? I know you will". 
~A Little Party Never Killed Nobody (All We Got) by Fergie
I love Jazz and hip hop mix it's got! This is a super fun and upbeat song. The sound is unique~ "What do you think? You ready!?"
~Crazy In Love (Cover) by Emeli Sande
This cover has a fun Jazzy mix to it! It has to be one of my favorite covers of any song I have ever heard. Personally I think someone else could have sang it better. I do love Emeli Sande, but she sounds like she can't keep up with the beat of the music. It's a bit breathy sounding. If there were an instrumental version of this I'd love it!
~Love Is Blindness by Jack White
When I first heard this I actually didn't like it but when I listened to it again I quickly grew to love it! I love his voice. I especially adore how he starts yelling half way through the song and it just feels more and more intense! I'd quote the entire ending if I could~ "I'm so sick of it, I don't wanna see, why don't you just take the night and wrap it around me?!"
~Over The Love by Florence + The Machine
This is my favorite song of the whole soundtrack. Her voice is so pretty! I love Florence + The Machine and I think her music style is perfect for this soundtrack! It's a very pretty song that builds as you listen to it! My favorite type of music for sure! "I can the green light, I can see it in your eyes". Love that line mostly because I have green eyes~
This is easily one of my newest favorite soundtracks! I'd also like to shout out two more songs from another soundtrack I've listened to recently! It's called "The Secret Life of Mitty Walter". I actually haven't seen the movie yet but Wolfrider showed me the soundtrack and I fell in love with a few songs~
~Dirty Paws by Of Monsters and Men
It's a very gentle yet empowering song. I'd have to say that's my favorite type of music. Something that just makes me feel happy and adventurous like this one does!
~Step Out by Jose Gonzalez 
This is my favorite song of the moment and also my most current favorite on my gym playlist! This song makes me feel energetic and fun. It makes me excited to travel and work toward my goals. I'll (hopefully) be headed to Australia at the end of the year if things work out right! This song makes me feel even more pumped to travel!
Yup! So those are just some of the great songs I've been listening to lately! Enjoy~

Day 4- Hero!

For my video game hero I would chose the main character from Shadow of the Colossus! I adore that game and the hero of it is just bad ass! It has a bit of a sad story but It has to be one of the most fun games I have ever played. I don't actually know the main characters name but I'd chose him for sure!

Hentai Of The Day (18+!!!)

So for fun I searched one of my favorite anime couples Taiga and Ryuuji (Yes I do have OTP's besides Dominic and Anemone, surprising right?) and it came up with this. Crybaby Taiga for all of you Toradora fans! 
Tsundere's are so cute <3 Also so much Vanilla lately. It's the best kind of Hentai though! Enjoy~

Anemone's Geeky Find of the Day!

So I played Pokemon pretty much all day instead of doing well.... anything. But I did end up finding something pretty cool! I hate it when I don't know when my next Pokemon is going to learn a new move or evolve. Sometimes I'm just curious what a certain Pokemon will evolve into!
I found the greatest website of all times (or most helpful to me of the time I should say). 
Bulbapedia The ultimate Pokemon pokedex. Aggroe has also just showed me Serebii which is another great Pokemon site! This thing is seriously my best friend right now. Now before you get all up at me I'd just like to point out that I started playing Pokemon about a month ago. Fire Red is my first Pokemon game. Ever. 
Wolfrider and Aggroe set it up on my computer with an emulator and her copy of Fire Red and ever since then I really can't stop. For anyone who is curious I've made it to Cerulean City and I'm training my bug/grass and poison pokemon to battle against Misty.
My party consists of Jigglypuff, Clefable, Paras, Oddish, Ekans, and Nidorino! Nearly all of them are level 20 or higher~
Go ahead and call me a fake geek girl but you're going to eat your words when I kick your ass with a level 100 Jigglypuff! :D

Walking Down Stair Cases and Slaying Zombies!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you're having an amazing February! I wasn't here yesterday because Aggroe and I had my boyfriend over (Our childhood friend) and we had a pretty amazing time! I think we will just acknowledge him as Wolfrider~
All three of us are beginning a Warhammer campaign! What is Warhammer? It's like a really specific, advanced RPG! I'm sure you've all heard of D&D? It's pretty much like that! We are still creating our characters. For example I am a high elf surgeon! I'm very intelligent and I'm a good leader. Also my main weapon is a freaking saw! YES. I approve! If you guys are interested at all Aggroe and I can probably go into deeper detail. I'm leaving it as this for know because anyone who's played an RPG knows it can take a while to explain it!
Wolfrider and I also played a few video games last night. We beat the Left 4 Dead 2 Hard Rain level. I am so bad at this game but it's seriously a ton of fun. This is also the first L4D2 level I have beaten. I said I was bad. I'm not kidding.
He also made me play SCP-087-B. It honestly wasn't nearly as spooky as the first one. I'm pretty sure he was more jumpy than I was! 
Basically our night ended when we came across a College Humor article 22 Reasons Why Pizza Is Like Sex. Since because pizza is always a good idea I decided to make pizza at 4am that I somehow burnt to the oven. It got stuck on the oven. I tried to pull it out with tongs and it came out in several pieces in which I'm pretty sure half of it is still at the bottom of the oven! Oh well at least my pizza didn't turn out like this:

Anemone's Geeky Find of the Day!

Wolfrider made me play the game SCP-087-B last night! For those of you who don't know SCP-087 is a game based off of an SCP story. SCP stands for Secure, Contain, Protect. It's a lot like creepypasta but instead of posting full stories they post facts about these "pretend" ghosts and monsters.

SCP-087

SCP-087 is an Euclid (Deadly) stairwell. If you go down, you don't come back up. Basically SCP-087 was made into a simple game where the only think you have to do is go down the stairs. It's a lot more terrifying than you would think though. 

SCP-087-B is a newer version that's a bit different. Instead of just having the stairway there are also different ways you can choose to go which is pretty neat! I made a playthrough but unfortunately it didn't pick up any of the microphone sound. I also forgot to turn the mouse cursor off so you guys can't see it. The next time Wolfrider and I are together we'll make some more playthroughs for you guys!

Challenges!

Day 2- Weapon

This one is easy peasy for me! I would chose Tira's Hoop from Soul Caliber (5)! Tira has always been my favorite SC character mainly because her weapon is kick ass! At one point my sisters actually "banned" me from fighting with Tira because I was pro at using her weapon and won every match with her.
I'd also chose this weapon because I love to hula hoop! It's a hobby of mine and if I ever could I would love to attach blades to my hoop and fight evil!

Day 3- Gadget

Gadget was actually really difficult for my to decide. When I think of gadgets I think of grappling hooks and super computers. After discussing what counts as a gadget with Aggroe I decided to go with the Attack on Titan 3D Maneuver Gear! Not the swords but the actual belt with the hooks and gas. I'd fly around while slaying enemies with my hoop! Now before shouting out that Attack on Titan is really an anime, there is an online AOT game!

So my roommate made dinner and I must have been allergic to something in it because I got pretty sick. Then Aggroe forced me to the gym in which I nearly passed out because I skipped dinner. Now I'm sick to my stomach! I hope everyone's day went much better than mine!

Challenge Time!

Day 1- Sidekick!

For a sidekick I would choose Granberia from Monster Girl Quest. Now she's not actually a side kick in the game, but she is one of the Monster Lords four heavenly knights. So she's pretty much a side kick to the Monster Lord. I think she would make the perfect side kick! She's bad ass and obedient, not to mention she's a monster! Granberia is my side kick!

Anemone's Geeky Find of the Day!

I am a cosplayer, now I've never done a Lolita cosplay but I'm really interested in it! A lot of people were telling me that I would really enjoy Lolita since it's a very cutsie, dressy style. I really love the style! So a while ago a friend sent me a site to get cheap Lolita clothing and I just recently came across it again! 

The store is called Bodyline and they sell not only Lolita clothing but punk, cosplay, and much more! Their pretty unique so I'd give them a look!

I adore pink, fluffy, frilly things. This is probably my favorite dress on Bodyline! It's big and pink with HUGE bows!

I'm also pretty in love with this cotton candy colored floral Yukata! I had no idea what a Yukata was until I clicked on the link. I adore it.

They also have neat, cheap cosplays! They're not the highest looking quality and not very many options but they look great for first time cosplayers! I would personally stay away from their wigs. You can find much cheaper, high quality wigs elsewhere. I was going to put a link to the cosplays below but unfortunately it wasn't working. Luckily if you click the Bodyline link it's very easy to find. Click the big yellow cosplay button and it will take you right there!

Blowing Up Children!

Evening Everyone!
It's technically my morning since I just woke up from a 6 hour nap. I was out and about pretty much all morning.
So the other day I found a hilarious video about a Stay in School ad. I recommend watching it just because it's kind of hilarious.

Anyways I'm still reading the Hunger Games. I'm still aiming towards reading 52 books in a year though I am a really slow reader. 
I'm really in love with it. The last post I talked about it I said I liked it a lot more than I did the movie. It's true! There is so much character connection in the book that isn't in the movie! There's much more of a back story in the books. You learn a lot about how Peeta and Katniss's relationship form. If you love the movie or even like it I would recommend reading the book for sure. It only gets better.

Day 31-Job!

I would want my anime job to be a Hero. I would love to be a hero. Now I know that's kind of vague, but I would be any kind of hero really. It wouldn't really matter to me if I got super hero powers. I'd be okay with a special weapon but I can't really think of an anime. Nothing really comes to mind. If anything I think of Luka from Monster Girl Quest. That isn't an anime but that's as close to my dream job description as I can get.

Actually if anyone I think I would chose to be a hero like Kirito from Sword Art Online. He reminds me a bit of Luka. He's a kid learning his way to do whats right and save people. Therefor I would want to be a hero like Kirito!

Ninja Turtles, Tarzan, and Fault in Our Stars!

Yo!
Hello everyone! Anemone here~ So today was pretty full and exhausting. Aggroe made me breakfast in bed with coffee, my boyfriend came over and both us and our roommates went out on a picnic in 40 degree weather because that's how we do.
My boyfriend and I were debating which generation of the ninja turtles was the best. The 1987 version, 2003, or 2012. Honestly my favorite is the newest one. I adore the style, love the opening theme, and Donatello's voice sounds like orgasm. <3 He preferred the 2003 version. I have to admit it does have a really catchy theme song! While I adore April, she seems much more bad ass in the older episodes! Now I haven't seen the older versions and he hasn't seen the newest one but I'm pretty open to watching them and it will probably be what I am doing this weekend. With a box of pizza of course! ;)

We're both pretty excited about the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that's coming out near the end of this year. I personally think the turtles look bad ass and I can't wait to see the trailer!
We've also discovered the voice actor for Donatello is Rob Paulsen and found out that he's played in quite a few of our favorite older cartoons, Disney movies, and even a few video games. It is now our goal to meet him some day! Because his voice just steals my soul. It's so good though <3
Rob Paulsen not only did Donatello's voice for the 2012 TMNT but he also did the original Rafael's voice from the 1987 TMNT! Give's me even more reason to watch it!
Also, just to end this topic, I totally ship Donny and April. OTP <3

Anyways, I also found out some pretty neat things today such as there is a live action Tarzan movie being made! (Or less Live action and more CGI motion capture? Kind of like Avatar).... I'm very excited about this because Tarzan is my all time favorite Disney movie! It should be coming out this year so I am fairly excited!

Also while on the topic of new movies coming out this year (Just let me add there are a TON of good ones I am looking forward to!). The trailer for The Fault in Our Stars came out just the other day! Hank Green is one of my all time favorite youtubers and I adore his books. It comes out this year in June!

Day 30- Your anime sex life!

Now pretty much every anime that isn't hentai rarely ever has sex (though nearly all of them have fan service). I would choose my sex life to be like Usagi and Misaki's relationship in Junjou Romantica! I'm not really a big fan of Yaoi, but I love Junjou! Even though a lot of people claim their relationship is just rape, it's actually very meaningful and true. Those are the idiots who have only seen the first episode.

Seriously though! They do have a bit of forceful sex but they love each other and are dear to one another and they both enjoy it! As hard and hilarious as it is.

Also, my bed looks just like Usagi's bed. Covered in stuffed animals. It's a sign.

Anemone here! I got to do something pretty insane today. I love reptiles, adore them actually. I own a pet
corn snake named Evra Von. But I'm also slightly interested in spiders too! I've always wanted a pet tarantula but I have never held one before so my roommates and I went down to Petco to see if they had any. And they did! To be quiet honest I was scared shitless but held the adorable thing anyways. He didn't want to leave my hands.
Yeah. Totally planning on getting a tarantula in the future.

Day 29: Eyes!

This is an easy one. I love pink eyes, I love purple eyes, and I love sexy eyes. Above all things I would choose Lelouch's eyes from Code Geass!

Other than being the colors and style I totally adore, they have special powers that come with them! I can use my eye geass to hypnotize people (but only once each person) and make them do whatever I want. Lelouch's eyes are the greatest!

MIND BLOWN~ Pokemon Failures, Friendzone Truths, and Youtube Challenge!

Yo!
Hope everyone is having a great day! Mine is a bit... well...
Let me share my story.
I'm currently playing Pokemon Fire Red and I have made it to Misty's gym. I collected and leveled up grass and poison type pokemon to defeat her (I tried 3 times and failed). I also collected a moon stone to evolve my Clefairy to a Clefable. I have a Jigglypuff and Clefable almost to level 20 and all my other pokemon above level 15.
While doing all of this for over an hour my computer plug fell out of the wall charger without me realizing it. Suddenly my computer died. I remembered that I was so focused on leveling up that I forgot to save. So now my life is over and I can no longer play pokemon. Of course I'm just being dramatic, but shut up and let me be.
I also said I'd let you guys know how the dream pouch worked last night. I put it under my pillow and slept fairly well actually. I woke up at 10am without an alarm. Sadly I fell back asleep after talking with Aggroe. I then had an awful nightmare. So it worked but it didn't. Though I did manage to escape everything that was chasing me so that's a pretty good plus actually!
I'll keep using it and keep updated!
I found a really neat short comic online today that I LOVE and I totally agree with it. It's wonderful. The Friendzoner vs. The Nice Guy
This is seriously one of my new most favorite things on the internet. Any guy who has ever been friend zoned needs to take a minute to look at this and think about it. (Okay that's a bit sexiest, not just guys but any girl who has been friend zoned too). 
If you ask someone out and they say no then just let it be. Don't be a douchebag and pressure people into going out with you! 
This has happened to me so many times where I was guilted into relationships that I didn't want to be in. It's unfair, it's rude, it's ridiculous. Just stop, seriously. If someone says no, they said NO. More people need to understand that.
"But Anemone, some girls say they don't want a relationship then they go out with another guy a week later? Why do they lie?" Well because they obviously don't want to go out with you and are trying to soften the blow. I do agree that girls need to stop doing this and tell the truth. Though you shouldn't assume every girl who says that doesn't mean it.
Some people just get out of bad relationships or they aren't interested in dating and really mean it. Then who knows! They could find that special someone for them and start dating them after they told you they don't want a relationship.
Basically what I'm saying is everyone needs to stop being a sore looser and admit the fact that not every girl/guy wants to date you. It's harsh but it's true.

Day 28: School You'd Attend

I'd attend the school from Princess Tutu. I've always wanted to learn Ballet. (Well I mean I have before but I'm really bad at it). Not to mention it is a HUGE, beautiful school and I could have a cat or a dog for a teacher! Admit it. That'd be way cool. Plus the school uniforms are super cute!

Now this isn't really detailed and it's in Japanese, but a friend sent it to me because I really love the game Monster Girl Quest. Well I've made it to the end. Can I just say that I have no idea what to think now. Like my brain is having so much trouble telling whats real from whats fake. These videos didn't seem very creepy to watch, but if you pay close attention the them they could fuck you up as much as they did to me.
I'm not sure if any of these videos are true or not, but I sure feel messed up.

Hunger Games and a LOT of muscles!

Hello Everyone!
Anemone here! Sorry for not posting yesterday. I was having one of those bad off days. Aggroe let it slide~ So I've never been good at shooter games..... or zombie games either because I am terrified of them >.> Today I played Left4Dead 2 with my boyfriend. Of course he totally kicked my butt, but I killed 65 zombies!! (This is a big deal for me because I suck... >.>) Which is DOUBLE the last score I got.
I don't know if that's something to brag about but whatever. I'm proud!
Also Aggroe made me something very sweet today! I have horrible nightmares and night terrors (I also have sleep paralysis) so sometimes I have a lot of trouble sleeping. We wake up early to go to the gym and I'm usually in a pretty bad/groggy mood when I wake up.
So today she made me a dream pouch! It's basically a small bag of herbs (sage, rosemary, and sea salt) with an amethyst in it. I put it under my pillow and think nice thoughts before I go to sleep and It's supposed to help me control my bad dreams and give me good ones! I'm pretty excited about it actually.
I'll let you guys know what kind of awesome dreams I have tonight, tomorrow!

This last week I've recently been reading the Hunger Games. My sister loaned me all 3 books to read! I'm a very slow reader and my goal is 52 books in a year. Though I've read almost 1 book in a month. (I may be a tad bit dyslexic 0.o) I read and write very slowly.
Anyways! Hunger Games! I am loving this book. In fact the movie is NOTHING compared to the book! I watched the first one when it first came out to theatres. I thought it was kinda sad and had a good story but it had very little character connection or growth. The book fills in all of those missing gaps for me! I see Gale as a totally different person than who I saw him as in the movies. 
Most of the time when you watch a movie before reading the books you see the characters as the ones from the movie right? That's not happening here. I see Kattnis with darker olive skin, very thin, dark blackish hair. Whereas in the movie she has white skin and brown hair. 
So far I'm really enjoying this book! For anyone who loves the Hunger Games movies or just needs a good book to read I definitely recommend it!

Day 26- Place to Live:

If I were to live in any anime universe I would choose the anime Kill la Kill! I'd get an amazing school uniform with super powers and I could be as half naked, lewd, and freaking weird as I wanted to and I wouldn't even stand out. I'd be considered a normal human being. 
I'd also totally go after Tsumugu because that sewing machine gun though ;)

Day 27- House You'd Live In:

I would for sure without a doubt choose to live in the house from Brothers Conflict. Giant mansion filled with hot boys my age? Yes please! Do I even need to explain why I'd choose this house?

Here is my Hentai of the Day! or HTD. I'm usually not a fan of futanari or weird, messed up things, but I just found this one HILARIOUS! It's pretty great actually. Pretty messed up but pretty great. It is a longer one but it consists of several short stories. So Enjoy!
