Finally, it's 2014!

So today, I wasn't sure what I was going to talk about because I'm now a boring adult. Then I remembered something Anemone came up with, ad promptly forgot about~ Maybe this post will remind her!
We are doing a 31 day challenge! Basically, our anime life! Each day is a new thing, and basically forming our own anime with concepts already present and shit.
So yeah. I'll do days 1-3 right now, as it's technically the 3rd where I am~
Day 1 - Yandere/Yangire
I would definitely go with the Yangire Rena Ryuuguu from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (When They Cry).

She's super cute and happy, very bubbly. Whenever she sees something she thinks is cute, she goes into "cute mode" (as named by her friends) and will do ANYTHING to take it home with her! This can be anything from the statue that stands outside of KFC restaurants, to Keiichi's "sea bear", and to Satoko in a maid costume. She especially likes the "adorable" faces of crying people~

This sweet, feminine, shy girl also has a dark side, obviously.

She snaps. And when she snaps, she REALLY snaps! Scary, yet adorable~

Day 2 - Tsundere
My tsundere would be Nanami Kanata from the Starry Sky series.

He represents the Pisces (or at least the stereotype) and is super adorable! He'll go from being all lovey-dovey in one minute to embarrassed and lashing out in the next. My favorite example took place when he (in the Drama CD, which is the basis for the anime and based on the visual novels) was woken up by his girlfriend in the morning, and she wanted to hear his "sweet whispers". He started off all romantic and then, within a few seconds (it might have been a minute) he stopped and started flipping the fuck out. "I didn't mean any of it! What the hell! You know I'm weak in the morning, stupid!" and stuff. It was hilarious~
Day 3 - Mecha/Giant Robot/Armor
My pick would be a suit of armor, as I'm not too well versed in mecha anime. I would pick Kamui Senketsu from Kill la Kill.

It's true, the armor's skimpy... (Female armor always is)... BUT IT CAN STOP FUCKING BULLETS! THIS THING IS AMAZING! With Senketsu, she can be CRUSHED by mechs, and just brush it off as a GODDAMN SCRATCH! Also, look at that underboobage! *fangasm*

Anyways, yeah. I really like both the Kamui but I would definitely pick Senketsu because he looks more badass~

Well that's it for the daily January challenge~ I'm still busy with moving in and stuff, but yeah.
Also, Anemone mentioned it, but we were at NewCon! It was my first convention ever, and my cosplay (as it was arranged the day before) wasn't as great as I had hoped it would be, but I had a great time~ I saw some Kill la Kill cosplays, a Daenarys, Aang, the Amazing Spiderman, LOTS of Shingeki no Kyojin, and some other stuff.
I did take some pictures and videos, but they're on a friend's camera/SD card and she can't get the pictures to me for another two weeks...
*cries in a corner*
Yeah... Anyways, that's about it~
Oh yeah, more good news! Anemone and I are going to start weekly vlogs in cosplay! She's going to do Anemone from Eureka 7, and I will be fem!Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club, that anime was my childhood...~
We have backstories and tons of ideas, hers will be on Fridays and mine on Sundays. Look forward to it!
I know that I'm behind on my playthroughs too, but I'll start them back up again when I have a cool backdrop~ X3 I'm working on decorating my wall with lovely things~~

Attack on Titan the GAME!?

Hey Everyone!
So I found something super exciting and overly addictive. I spent probably 4 hours the other day playing this game! If I remember it right Aggroe sent it to me. If anyone else is a big Attack on Titan fan you're going to LOVE this!
There is an online game you can play by yourself or there's a multi-player mode where you can play it with a friend. The game is called Attack on Titan based off the anime. You choose a character, choose your level and area and go battle titans! The controls are fairly simple once you get used to them. I probably kept hitting walls the first 10 minutes I tried to play this!

Another game that recently came out about a week or two ago is the new Stanley Parable game! Stanley Parable is a game where you are a man in an office and you push buttons. Something strange has happened and a Narrator is telling a story. The game has a lot of different endings and I can't wait to get this game!

Top 10 Anime!

Yo! Hello Everyone!
We talk a lot about anime here because both me and Aggroe are obsessed with watching anime. Obsessed? Yes that's the correct term! I want to post my top 10 favorite anime! I was just going to do my top 5 but hey! Lets go all out! :D
10. Soul Eater
I watched Soul Eater years ago! I'd found a picture of Death the Kid online and wanted to know what anime he came from! When I searched him up I found Soul Eater. It's a very uniquely drawn anime. It takes place at a school for misters and weapons. Each mister has a weapon. A weapon is pretty much a person who can turn into a weapon, as simple as that! My favorite character is Death the Kid because he tries to be very serious and yet he's still funny! The anime reminds me a lot of Halloween! It has a witch, Medusa, Frankenstein, Werewolves, and much more! It's pretty funny and full of cool battles!

9. Anohana
I watched Anohana about a year ago. The full name is Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa
Mada Shiranai but we'll just call it Anohana~ It's an anime about a girl named Menma who's a ghost and follows around one of her old best friends. All of her old friends have to get together and try and figure out how to send her to heaven. I watched it with a friend who thought I was crazy because I didn't cry at the end. Not until I got home anyways! My favorite character is Menma because she's just so cute and sweet! It's a really bittersweet, heartwarming, and sad anime!

8. Deadman Wonderland
I watched Deadman Wonderland when I went through a dark anime stage. I still love dark anime to this day! The beginning of this anime is wonderful! The love the opening song! I also love the art style. The only thing I don't like is the ending. This anime is about a boy who is accused of killing his entire class is sent to a special prison. In this prison there are people who have special powers and can use their blood as weapons! It's a very unique and interesting story and the battles and obstacles are wonderful! My favorite character is Hummingbird because she's well.... interesting. (crazy, evil bitch). It's very dark and really sad!

7. Pandora Hearts
This was recommended to me from a friend after my second convention. I couldn't stop watching it once I
started. I loved the characters and their outfit designs are beyond gorgeous! I would love to do a cosplay from this anime one day. It's a bit hard to explain. A boy named Oz meets a girl named Alice from "the abyss" (which is like another dimension). I don't have a favorite character because I really adore a lot of them! They team up to stop other "chains" (evil creatures). It's a really beautiful and adventurous anime!

6. Code Geass
Japan, now known as Area 11 is taken over by Britainia. Lelouch, a young school boy gets an unbelievable power from a witch called C2 where he can control people by looking into their eyes. I love the art in this anime. It's very pretty. The characters are very tall and thin and have thin eyes. Their outfits are also very gorgeous. My favorite characters are Rolo and Suzaku. Rolo because he goes through a big personality change and he's very cute and "helpful". I also love Suzaku because he fights for what he believes is right, even if it's not. He does what he can. It's a very adventurous and action packed mecha anime!

5. Baccano
This is an anime about mafia gangs on a haunted train! Seriously what on earth is cooler than that!? It's wonderful! The soundtrack is jazzy and I love it! The characters are money greedy, cold blooded, crazy killers. Most of them anyways. My favorite character is Ladd Russo because he's a crazy killer with an adorable girlfriend who he's promised to kill. It's interesting. It's pretty dark but also upbeat and fun! I know it sounds weird but I love it!

4. Princess Tutu
This was one of the first anime's I've watched with Aggroe. It's a lot to explain but basically this girl named Princess Tutu has to collect Prince Mytho's missing heart pieces. There's a lot more to it than that though. There's a writer, a crow, a knight, a duck, another Princess, and a huge twist ending! The name may sound lame to some but it actually has a really dramatic story! Fakir is my favorite character for many reasons but I can't say without giving away important plot pieces. It's dramatic, bittersweet, adventurous, and mind boggling!

3. Rainbow
Seven boys in prison try to escape but the officer and doctor are completely insane. I've recently watched this anime this last month. I found this while looking for another anime but the picture caught my eye and I had to check it out and ended up falling in love with it. This anime is really, really dark. It's probably the darkest anime I've ever seen. I don't recommend this anime to people who don't care for darker anime. My favorite character is Joe mainly because of the connection with him in the beginning. This is a heartbreaking, depressing, dark anime.

2. Attack on Titan
I was recommended this when it first came out. I watched the first episode and fell in love! Titans have taken over the earth and they eat humans! They built a big wall to keep the titans out and they ended up breaking in! My favorite character is Armin. I hated him in the beginning but he ended up saving a lot of people and he may not be strong but he's smart! It's really intense and full of action!

1. Eureka 7
My favorite anime is Eureka 7! I watched this anime with my boyfriend. He convinced me to cosplay Anemone with him since he's already cosplayed Dominic. It's a bit hard to explain. There's a boy named
Renton who falls in love with a half human named Eureka. There's a lot more to it than that but that's all I'll give ;) My favorite character is Anemone because she went through a big personality change and she's super cute and sassy! It's an adventurous, romantic, action filled, mecha anime!

Funny AOT and Updates~

Hello!
Having to move out is insane. Earlier today I got a call saying the apartment was ready for us when we aren't supposed to move in for another month! Luckily it was just a mistake!! Also found out today that my cat and snake are friends~ Seriously Evra will crawl on top of my cat Twizzle and she'll just let him! What does this have to do with nerdy things? Nothing. Just posting the feels~

The Titans are Attacking!!

Hiya Everyone! Anemone here~
I'm sorry for being gone for so long! I went to the Blue October Sway concert yesterday and got home earlier this morning only to leave for a bunch of errands. BUT! I do have a Blue October concert vlog that I am currently putting together! I'll get that up later tonight! But for now I want to do an anime review~
So over the summer I watched quite a few newer anime and everything I watched was pretty great! My favorite anime of the summer had to be Shingeki no Kyojin, otherwise known as Attack on Titan! This is an anime about the last of the human race caged behind three man made walls. The walls were built to keep giant, man-eating titans out! A boy named Eren Jeager and his friends Mikasa and Armin join the military to kill the titans and save the human race, but walls are going down one by one!
It's violent, terrifying, somewhat gory, sad, and really catches your eye. I personally LOVE darker anime so this is a great treat for me! Not to mention the sound track is beyond amazing!
I started reading the manga a bit after I first saw the anime. Without the intense music and animation it just didn't seem to keep my attention. I didn't like it near as much as I do the anime. But that's just my opinion! It's worth a read!

This first one is probably my favorite viral video of all times and makes me laugh so hard every time I watch it. I saw this before I started watching Attack on Titan. Every time the opening song came on I couldn't stop laughing, yet because the last episode I watched was always so sad I'd end up cry-laughing.
